IMMUNIZATION CLINIC SCHEDULE

FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR

The children's immunization clinics will be from (setup starts at 9:00am) 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at St. John’s Hospital & Medical Center in Santa Monica. St. John’s is located at 1328 22^nd Street, but there will be free valet parking at the Santa Monica Blvd. entrance in between Cloverfield Blvd. and 20^th Street during the clinic.
