On October 2, 2002,
Chairman & Past President (PP) John McIntire organized the first "Fireside Chat." The new member information meeting was graciously hosted
by June & PP John Bohn. The meeting, which is
conducted by past presidents, informed our new members on subjects such as:
| The history
of Rotary International; and, the history and traditions of our Club. |
| The Rotary
International (Paul Harris) Foundation; and, |
| Membership
Requirements and Procedures; and, Organizational Structure of our Club. |
| Finally, President Bill Crookston explained "What Rotary Means to Me." |
