A special thanks goes out to our Community and Youth Grants Committee for all of their hard work this year.  Two rewarding accomplishments this year were the swimming pool steps provided for the Westside Special Olympics, and the gift to Samohi Symphony Orchestra.  Two of their students were sent to Carnegie Hall.  One student encapsulated the entire event in one quote, "I can't believe I played on the same stage as the Beatles".  Below is a detailed description of the Community and Youth Grants Committee, including their objectives and projects.
